Reviews
Write a ReviewThe two men came out quickly, were very congenial and explained to me the issue. They said it was a minor problem and fixed the problem, re-waxing the rod that is secured to the anchor.
The results were amazing. There were some scheduling problems, but overall we were very pleased with the service and the people we worked with.
They cleaned up after themselves and we have had no problems with them.
The first time the company came out to install the system no one spoke English. Finally after about 45 Min. we found out that one of the men spoke a little English, he explained the job. They finished the job on time and were getting ready to leave when I realized they had not sprayed the chemical that's used to kill mold that we had paid extra for. I had to battle on the phone with the manager to get someone out the next day to spray. Not even a few weeks later we had water in our crawlspace, come to find out they had put the sump pump expel in the wrong place, it was pushing water back into our house. Finally they came out and RIPPED OUT THE WHOLE JOB! After doing that and replacing it, it has been great. They also had to come back in and remove tons of concrete chunks and things they were supposed to remove before putting the system in because it was popping holes in the liner. We never would have known any of this except my hubby and I go in the crawlspace on a regular basis.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR FEEDBACK, TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE ALL EMPLOYEES SPEAK ENGLISH, FERNANDO, THE FOREMAN HAS BEEN EMPLOYED WITH INDIANA FOUNDATION SERVICE SINCE 2001 AND SPEAKS ENGLISH. IN REGARDS TO THE "BATTLE ON THE PHONE," BEFORE MAKING A COMMITMENT TO THE MEMBER THAT SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY (SATURDAY,) I WANTED TO CONFIRM THAT THE EMPLOYEE HAD NO FAMILY OBLIGATIONS. INDIANA FOUNDATION SERVICE, INC. SERVICEMAN WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE JOB, SO IT WAS HIS DECISION TO "RIP OUT THE WHOLE JOB" AND REPLACE. INDIANA FOUNDATION SERVICE INC. STRIVES TO BE THE BEST AND WE APPRECIATE THIS MEMBERS FEEDBACK AND PATIENTS AND WOULD LIKE TO OFFER TWO YEARS WORTH OF ANNUAL SERVICE. SINCERELY, JOHN CLARK, GENERAL MANAGER
They sealed the cracks and will provide a 20 year guarantee against leaks. The process caused a lot of concrete dust and their cleanup was average.
Every thing went very well. The work was done on schedule, and everyone who worked my house was very professional. I can recommend JES without reservation!
We tried to have this work done in the winter but the ground froze solid before the work could be done. Unfortunately the workers were scheduled anyway and arrived to find solid ground. The rescheduled date proved to be rainy so we again rescheduled. The work was finally done when the weather was better. They did an excellent job replacing the sod in the front yard so that no one would know that there were 15 foot pipes buried there. In the back yard they nicely smoothed the soil so we could plant grass. So far when it has rained the water has been taken safely away from the house so hopefully it will reduce the amount of rainwater under our slab. We were glad to get the crawlspace vents sealed up because we had seen small animals going into them!
They came over earlier than expected and finished way before time allotted. Was very pleased with work. Will continue to carry there information in my pocket in case I need there services again.
They did a good job at a good price. I was satisfied and would use them again.
They gave me the lowest estimate in the beginning, but it ended up being higher that what other companies were estimating. They started the work, but it wasn't done properly. They were suppose to put in a sump pump and get everything drained. We got a hold of the owner, and he came out after workers had come back several times, and the job still wasn't completed correctly. Once he got involved, things finally moving along. However, When Spring came, we realized it was pumping water into the yard and leaving water in the yard. The owner had to come out again and had to talk to the workers about getting it to pump into the pond, where it was suppose to go in the beginning. I felt like we were being taken advantage of. If it hadn't been for the owner, I don't know if anything would have been resolved.
THANK YOU FOR THE FEEDBACK AND PATIENCE. SINCERELY, JOHN CLARK GENERAL MANAGER
