Bone.

For $16000.00 my house still looks the same. They made more cracks in my porch floor. There is still a huge gap between the pillars that hold the roof up and the windows. They made the cracks in the foundation of my porch bigger and they said they could do a job they could not do. I am heart broken and my house, well I'll just say I would not use them again! S. J. Indiana Foundation Services came out to assess cracks in my foundation. I have half basement and half crawl space. The cracks were on the crawl space side. After measurements, the side of house with the crawl space was determined to have settled 1/2 an inch. Recommendation was to put four piers to stabilize house over crawl space to prevent further settling and to prevent potential extensive damage to the house if/when settling continued. One of the piers went down 32 feet before hitting solid rock. Three piers were on the outside of house and one inside the crawl space due to buried electrical and air conditioning. The job required hard work, knowledge and skill to effectively remedy the issue for life of the house. Aaron Ewert, Tyrone Moore, Darl Barr, and Josiah Dutton were fantastic. They were a cohesive team working efficiently to get the job done in two days. I, also, had an issue with the footer in the crawl space. The footer did not extend all the way to the basement wall - 44 inch gap. I requested that be fixed. The price quoted, which I reluctantly paid, was not calculated correctly. Aaron saw the error and refunded a considerable amount of the price for the additional work. Aaron could have ignored the error and collected the overage, but this company has a reputation for customer satisfaction and retention of clients. Obviously, I was extremely happy to get the refund for the overage. I recommend this company and especially this crew!

Christian Rodriguez and Kyle Martin did a great job installing a perimeter drainage system for us. They were both professional and courteous. Christian and Kyle also made sure that we understood the job they performed and that we were pleased with the results. Thanks!

We couldn't be more pleased with Indiana Foundation Service! After living in our home for many years we finally have sump pumps and a drain in our crawlspace with a new vapor barrier. The crawlspace was always wet in the spring with a musty smell that transmitted to the living space. While we would have preferred an encapsulation the cost was more than we were comfortable with. Jamie Montgomery, Raymond Martin, and Jeremy Pyles were excellent! They arrived on time, went to work immediately, protected the interior of our home and cleaned up completely afterwards. The whole process was most professional, from the initial call to Aaron Ewert, salesperson. Everything was like clock work. Highly recommend Indiana Foundation Service!

Couldn't have been any better. Starting with Jeremiah who changed our time to accommodate a last minute need for us to change our appointment. The crew, consisting of foreman Dakota, Paul, and Mohammed were friendly, hard working and willing to answer questions and let us know what they were doing. They showed up ready to work and put in long hours, and still cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. I would recommend Indiana Foundation and this team.

Jeremiah came to our house for the inspection and estimate. He was easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and happily answered follow-up questions on the phone after our initial appointment. The crew that encapsulated our crawl space and installed a waterproofing system (Steven, Brian and Brandon) was on time, professional, and all-around nice people. Steven, the foreman, did an amazing job explaining every step of the process.

Marcus was the crew leader and along with his team of Dylan and Don raised my house up to level and set me up with a sump pump and dehumidifier under my house so that I no longer live on a pond. They were timely and efficient and I'm thrilled to be confident in the structural stability of my home

Zack completed the work as scheduled. I appreciated that he returned to check that the waterproofing was working properly and took time to explain the warranty.
