The work was completed in a timely manner and within the price quote as promised. The basement has remained dry since they have done the work. With all of the rain we have experienced recently, the system that was installed has had a true test. The house was constructed in the early 1930s. The basement is a concrete block structure and the drainage around the house allowed water to seep through the cement joints. The seepage has been controlled and the walls no longer retaining moisture.

They were punctual and polite. They explain things really well. They do what they say they are going to do. My only problem with them is that they had several workers who did not speak english, and therefore, it was hard to communicate with them.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and was not "high pressure". He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the suggestions he made, and the work to be performed. The installation crew was polite and got the job done in 2 days. They cleaned up thoroughly. Overall, I am very pleased, and would hire this company again. I got estimates for the work from 3 companies, and this was far and away the best quote for almost identical services. The other two companies wanted to install new pump at a pretty high price. IN Foundation Service said a new pump was not necessary since the one I had was only 2 years old and working properly. One company was not willing to remove the old plastic liner before putting a new one down.

They were very professional and they did the work in bad weather. They did an excellent job. There was a little bit of a mix up on the bid. We contacted them and they fixed it.

My husband and I were very pleased. After the inspected the project we received the quote within a few days. It only took them about 5 hours to complete the job and the price came in under our budget considering that some companies quoted a price double what JES gave us for the same work. But JES also gave options to choose from.

Very pleased with the result. The basement is dry, even after all the rain this weekend. The entire crew worked for two solid days and did a nice job cleaning up once the job was finished.
