THEY CAME, GAVE ESTIMATE AT THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER. THEY CAME TO DO THE WORK ON THE MONDAY AND TUESDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING. THEY DID NOT RUSH THE JOB. THE WORKMEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS HAPPY THAT WE WERE ABLE TO GET IT COMPLETED IN THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY DID. IT REQUIRED LESS TIME THAN THEY THOUGHT.

The sales rep that came to the house was very knowledgeable and gave me the best fix for my chimney settlement problem. When the crew arrrived they knew just what the problem was and had the skills and equipment to make the repair. They worked well and hard. ThHe job was done on time and on cost.

Meeting with the estimator was reassuring, as was the scheduling for the job. The crew they sent out was headed by a hard-working laborer, not a job foreman & he was unable to finish the job in the promised timeframe because of inexperience. I had to wait four more days for another crew to come out on Saturday. That crew had two foremen who did an excellent job at finish & finishing quickly. Clean-up could have been more thorough. Overall, an excellent value. The system they installed seems to work really well.
