Everyone I dealt with at Indiana Foundation Service was very courteous and professional. Jeremiah did the estimate and took the time to show me and explain what needed to be accomplished. Alicia and Teresa assisted in getting the project scheduled. Both were very courteous and professional during the telephone calls. They always did what they said they would do. I was quite apprehensive to have 5 push-piers installed. I envisioned a mess due to the digging. When Andrew, Dustin, and Dave (the installation crew) showed up they were extremely polite and professional. I dreaded the mess I envisioned but it did not happen. They used tarps and other measures to control the mess. I couldn't believe how clean they kept the area. Before leaving they asked me if they needed to clean more. I told them the area was great. I noted the crew worked as a team and did not take any breaks, even though it was very hot. During the process Superintendent Pete arrived. He took time to ensure I understood how the push piers worked. Pete was very courteous, professional, and patient with my questions. Please pass along my sincere appreciation to each of the persons listed above. Andrew, Dustin, and Dave went above and beyond to ensure I was pleased. I highly recommend this group and their company.

The original plan called for putting in interior braces to shore up the wall as there is a room over the exterior basement wall that needed repair, so anchor plates were likely to be problematic. Unfortunately, there was no choice but to use anchors due to the water drainage installed around the base of the basement. Bruce, CJ, and Kyle did not want to damage the drainage system by putting in interior braces, so they talked it over with their engineers to solve the problem. It was no easy task as they had dig very deep to get under the footers of the exterior room.

There were some wrinkles in the installation, but IFS was very responsive and made everything right. Their diligence and speedy response was commendable. Would recommend!

Aaron Ewert came out and did an excellent job of explaining the issues in a way that was very easy to understand. He was very professional and was very caring. I feel confident that we made the best choice in a company to repair our foundation.

Jared, Cory, Robert, Ryan and Ed were awesome. Finished in 1.5 hours and were professional and friendly. Highly recommend and easy on the pocketbook too.
