They seemed to know what they were doing alright and I got enough information on them. The price was comparable and the quality of their work seemed to be alright.

We got their name from a neighbor who had anchors installed in their basement garage. The estimator arrived on time and explained the process clearly. The workers arrived on time (!!), worked steadily, and were careful not to disrupt any more of the yard than they had to. After one year, the wall has not moved. The anchors are guaranteed, so I'm not worried, and I'm optimistic that they will continue to hold the wall in place and prevent further movement. It certainly is a better, cheaper solution than replacing the wall, since a new wall might begin to lean also.

They were on time, draped all of my belongings to keep them clean and got to work. They finished in less than 2 days as promised and cleaned up like they weren't even there. They even worked around some tricky areas without complaint. I have since recommended them to several family members and friends. If I ever move to another home with a basement, they will be the first people I call.

They are very professional. They installed their waterproofing system. We had a significant rain about 5 months later, and had rain in our basement, they came back out to fix the problem, completely for free, and completed the work in a timely manner and now we have a completely dry basement. They did an excellent job.

The installation went well but there are a few minor issues related to the professionalism. The installers put protective plastic down over the entry way from our front door to the basement steps but nothing beyond that point. The end result was mud on the steps and down in the basement that we had to clean up later. They also forgot to seal up the CleanSpace product at the point where you enter the crawl space (this was corrected very quickly and easily by a followup visit). Overall they did a good job and I'm happy with the installation and even chose to use them again for another project so the minor problems did not have any major impact on my opinion of their service.
