The quote started at 7500 within four hours of their arrival it went to $18,250. They nicked the siding on the house, They dented the exhaust for the fireplace, they made promises they did not keep. The whole experience was a nightmare.

I don't know of anything they could do. I am satisfied with them. They respond when I call them. They give me an appointment. They're always here when they say they will be and if something comes up they let me know. I've been very satisfied with it. No problems.

They've done work for me. I've had them about 3 or 4 times. Â They did a very good job. They did everything they said. I would recommend them. Â It was not foundation repair. They put a drain around my basement all the way around my basement on the interior side of my basement. They did everything they told me they would. They did it on a timely basis. They let me know when they were going to be here and they were here. They just did good work. They come back for annual checkup on my...when I call them, I have them down for annual checkup on the service. Because they check the sump-pumps and everything to see that they're still operating properly.

Scheduled service for encapsulating crawl space 1 month ago and they have yet to complete. I was given a scheduled time frame of 3 days. Left large packet of materials on lawn for > 1 week which in turn killed all the grass as well as, broke and removed porch skirting panels which remain unattached. Unacceptable, unreasonable time management, inadequate person to person communication among their crew members to accommodate my professional capacity due to their initial cancellation. As for the quality of service that is yet to be determined...

They were so honest. I was at work when they came to raise my sidewalk and driveway. When they do this type of work it is impossible to give an accurate price because they don't know how deep the void is underneath the concrete. This is understandable. After they arrived and lifted the sidewalk the man called me and said he didn't know if he was going to have enough (stuff) to fully lift the dirveway becouse he didn't know how big the void was.. I told him to add $400.00 more of (stuff) if needed it that wasn't enough to call. He called me back an hour or so later and said he was finished. I said great how much were you short? He said none.....WOW

We had a great experience with IN Foundation Service from beginning to end. The sales process was timely and non-pressured, the foreman of the work crew was extremely professional and pleasant, and the work itself was stellar. They did a fabulous job cleaning up after themselves and thinking outside the box when the spot where the sump pump was to be installed originally didn't end up making sense. Highly recommended.
