Very pleased with the company from beginning to end of the project. Salesman was very knowledgeable but not high pressure at all. Pointed out additional work that should be done in future but did not push to have it done now. Installers were conscientious and did a good job. A new crawlspace door did not fit because I had an odd sized opening but the charge was removed from the final bill without hesitation.

They were able to lift the sunken area to an acceptable hight without any apparent damage to the rest of the foundation or the inside of the porch. This was done by removing about 4' depth of soil, installing the piers and raising the foundation, then returning the soil, grading it away from the house. A corner of the concrete slab fell off after they left, and when I called they returned to the house and replaced the broken concrete. To my delight they used the extra concrete to temporarily repair a crack in the front steps. The workmen seemed knowledgeable, were cautious with the lifting and did not do more than seemed necessary. They were polite and answered questions to my satisfaction.
