Write a ReviewTHE WORKMEN APPEARED TO ME KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME. THEY WORKED STEADILY. THE CLEANUP WAS GOOD. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME.
OVERALL GOOD. SCHEDULED APPT TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE AND THEY SENT US REMINDER. TWO DAY JOB. HOWEVER, IT SEEMS THAT THE FRONT OFFICE WAS NOT TOTALLY COMMUNICATIVE WITH THE WORKERS ON WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO AT THE HOUSE SINCE THE COPY OF THE DOCUMENT PROVIDED TO THEM WAS ILLEGIBLE. FORTUNATELY MY HUSBAND WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT HAD BEEN AGREED TO AND HAD HIS COPY. ALTHOUGH THEY PUT PLASTIC DOWN ON THE HARDWOOD FLOORS, THEY DID NOT BRING PROTECTION FOR HARDWOOD FLOORING, BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT BEEN TOLD ABOUT IT. SINCE THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE PROBABLY ABOUT 50-60 TIMES OVER THE 2 DAY PERIOD, IT MADE FOR A LOT OF DIRT TRACKING. THE WORK THEY DID IN THE CRAWLSPACE TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL SUMP PUMP AND ENCAPSULATE AND WEATHERPROOF THE AREA WAS QUITE GOOD HOWEVER. THE WORKERS WORKED HARD THE ENTIRE TIME THEY WERE HERE.
THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP, AS WELL AS SEEMED REASONABLE.
WORK WAS PERFORMED IN EARLY FEBRUARY. NOT ONLY DID WE GET A WINTER SALE PRICE BUT THEY ALSO HONORED THE ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. LATER, WHEN THE WEATHER WARMED, WE NOTICED A PROBLEM WITH THE OUTSIDE ''DRY WELLS.'' INDIANA FOUNDATION RESPONDED QUICKLY AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM.
IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE ESTIMATOR AND INSTALLER/FOREMAN. THEY WERE ALL HONEST AND NICE TO WORK WITH.
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM. THE SALESMAN WAS ON TIME AND VERY THOROUGH. THEY EVEN CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT IN WRITING. WHEN THE WORKERS BEGAN, THEY THOUGHT THE SUMP PUMP WOULD BE BETTER IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN THE SALESMAN AND I DISCUSSED. IT MEANT MORE WORK FOR THEM, BUT THEY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE BETTER IN A DIFFERENT CORNER. I REALLY APPRECIATED THEIR INPUT. THEY WERE LOOKING AFTER THE CUSTOMER, AND NOT JUST DOING WHAT'S EASY.
THEIR SYSTEMS DESIGN SPECIALIST, KEITH TINSMAN, CAME OUT AND WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS, ANSWERED QUESTIONS, AND LEFT MATERIALS FOR ME TO REVIEW. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE MOVING FORWARD WITH THEIR PROPOSAL, AND THE GENTLEMEN WORKING ON THE PROJECT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. ALTHOUGH I DID HAVE TO ASK SEVERAL TIMES FOR A FEW FINAL THINGS TO BE DONE BEFORE COMPLETION, THEY WERE DONE WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
IT WAS JUST GOOD FROM THE SALESMAN TO THE CREW THAT THEY SENT OUT (WHICH WAS TOP NOTCH). CLEAN, COURTEOUS AND ALWAYS ON TIME. YOU COULD JUST TELL THAT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. MY HUSBAND WENT DOWN TO THE BASEMENT AND ONE OF THE TECHS WALKED HIM THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT THEY WERE DOING.
THEY HAD ONE OF THE GUYS COME BACK AND LAY DOWN A CARPET SUPPORT FOR INSTALLATION.
