The company did a good job installing the purchased products. However, there was a problem after the installers left. Matt Allen came out and fixed the problem by going above and beyond what was necessary. I was pleased with the outcome.

The waterproofing crew(Kingsly, Nick, Richard, DeMario, and Demonti, and Rocco) were extremely, knowledgeable, professional., and hardworking! They kept me informed with each step of the waterproofing project and explained it all very thoroughly. They were very neat throughout the process and cleaned up well at the end of each work day. I would highly recommend Ohio Basement Systems for waterproofing and\or foundation work meeded!

These guys are a great group of workers. Very hard working and cleaned up after themselves. Ryan and Rayville are great Foreman's the rest of the crew Shane Raymond H very respectful. Dale the gentleman who I've delt with when I asked for information came to house and explained and he wrote up the quote. The proposal was very nice, helpful. I definitely recommend this company to salve and fix any issues so you can have peace of mind too. Thanks, Will

Job was on a. 100+ year old building. There were many challenges. The Team’s Attitude was beyond any expectation. When faced with challenges the Team simply said “OK” and got the job completed. The Thomas Brown Team should be listed as an Asset of Ohio Basement Systems!

Very well only minor complaint is that they could've been more tidy. The guys tracked mud all over my carpet and entryway, some cement specs were dropped randomly in the driveway. Otherwise it was a timely job and I appreciate the urgency.
