Installation was very quick and clean, less than 4 hours. System is designed to take care of cracks and bend over a period of time while also stabilizing the wall. Adam and his crew were great to work with and did a great job.

The process was simple and easy. Rob and his crew showed up every day at the time they said they would and cleaned up every day before they left. I was impressed with the speed at which they performed their work. I took off work to watch the work get done. Job went as well as to be expected. Great Job overall. A neighbor a few doors down also used them a few years ago to do close to the same work.

The service workers and estimator did a great job of repairing the water line. But the office people were not helpful.

The men came at the appointed time. Promptly! Respected the fact that I have two indoor cats that could not get outside. Came in with identification in a company truck. Got right to work in a professional way. They knew what they were doing! I tend to ask questions and was answered with respect when I didn't understand something. When I decide to get the rest of the basement done I am definitely going to call Ohio Basement Systems again.

The entire process was seamless! Each and every representative from Basement Systems, from the salesman to the laborer, were courteous and professional! I was told exactly what to expect; luckily there were no surprises. They kept their work area tidy during the entire job. The staff was personal yet professional - I would recommend Ohio Basement Systems to anyone!
