The company was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining what needed to be done and why. The crew was excellent. The young men who came were polite and hard working. They did a great job on the installation and cleaning up. The job looks very well done, but I have not needed to use the sump pump yet. The price was considerable, but...it is guaranteed for the life of the structure and that gives me peace of mind.

It's also called Today's Home Solutions. I will use them again. The person who gave me the estimate and evaluated the situation was Dan Ringer and he was very professional, prompt and explained the situation very well to me. He always returned my calls the same day. He also tried to get my job done earlier than planned because I was selling the house. I was not present for the actual job but after completion everything was cleaned up and orderly. When the house went up for sale in January of 2016 Dan Ringer also was very helpful. He was willing to talk to any prospective buyer that needed additional information on what was done to the house. I very much appreciated him backing up his work. Dan also met with a buyer who had bid on the house and spent over  2 hours doing a complete evaluation of any additional structure problems. He also explained in detail what had been done and what still needed to be done in order for the house to be safe. He was extremely professional and patient.

It has been 3 years since this installation was completed. Mr. [Member Name Removed] purchased a solution (a very successful engineered system) that allows a foundation wall to be straightened over time, thus eliminated the need to completely excavate the foundation, not to mention the expense. The language in the warranty is very specific and simple- over time does not mean immediately. Mr. [Member Name Removed] refused to pay for the work because the wall did not straighten immediately when the system was completed, even though both our contract and 2 other installation documents (all signed and initialed by Mr. [Member Name Removed]) clearly stated otherwise. I tried to make Mr. [Member Name Removed] happy in a number of ways, including digging the wall out if we did not see movement back to a straightened position. He simply verbally abused anyone that tried to contact him, including myself, and refused to pay. Had he listened and followed the instruction we all agreed to, his foundation wall would probably have been straightened by now.

The assessment was done promptly and professionally. Â However, the assessment was used as the basis for rather expensive insulation services.
