They were fantastic! From the very nice salesman to the awesome instillation technicians!! The guys were very personable and answered any question I had. Even made sure to constantly pet/pay attention to my two dogs as they walked in and out. Would highly recommend!!

The guys did a great job. My house was built in the very early 1900’s on a clay tile foundation and over the years one of the walls had started to crack and bow. Ohio Basement reinforced the wall for me in a very timely manor and it was spotless when they had finished.

Feel like we got scammed. The guy who came out to our home said we needed 5 beams in the basement to remedy a situation in which the former owner removed support beams in the finished basement. We were so nervous after seeing the cracks in the home we just wanted it repaired right away and thought these people were experts. The day they came, they wanted to cut into a load bearing wall to pour concrete for the beam and said we'd have to repair it after. I am no home expert but i know you should not cut into a load bearing wall and leave it unfinished as they suggested. I knew right then these people knew nothing about doing the repairs the right way. We told them no for that beam and they put up the other 4. A couple months later when we had someone come to look at a bathroom remodel project and they went into the basement they were shocked at the work that was done and told us we really only needed 1-2 beams. Beware when using these people. They do run things by a structural engineering company but the engineer never sets foot in your house and I'm pretty sure they just stamp the paper. We are still so upset about the work that was done and wish we had actually had a structural engineer come out.

Sales Rep. Kevin took plenty of time to explain how repairs would be made, and the expected outcome. The work crew showed up right on time, introduced themselves and were very courteous and respectful of our property. They went to work right away and when they finished, they explained to us what was done, and how long it would take for the concrete to dry. Cleaned up the area very nicely. Would hire again, and we have referred them to our friends. Great Job!

This company is awesome...from Mike Roberts (sales) to James, Lavael and Clarence that did the work in the basement. They all were on time, professional and willing to go the extra mile to do the best job possible. I can't thank them enough for the great job!

They have never showed up supposed to do it last November called cancel Twice they are supposed to come March 1 I put 515 dollars down

The crew arrived on time and worked until job was finished. They were careful to limit dust to work area, and sealed everything off with plastic sheeting. Did a great job and cleaned up the area well when completed. Marcus's crew was great, and we are pleased with the company and employees who helped us.
