Mike D.in sales as well as Manager Joe Tenney addressed all of my questions and concerns. The work crew Mgr.Craig C. explained each step of the waterproofing process as well as addressing all of my questions and concerns.There was constant communication between the Crew Mgr.,the crew members, and myself. All crew members;Nick F. and Deshawn M.along with Craig C. Completed the job in a neat and timely fashion. I'd recommend this team for any waterproofing project. Thankyou, Ohio Basement Systems

DJ came out yesterday to evaluate my bowing/cracked basement wall. He was great, answered all my questions, explained to me what the cause was and gave several options for repair without any pressure. The actual fix is a few weeks out (as expected) so Iâ ll be back to follow up later.

Brian, Jay, Jared and Joe T were first rate all the way. The quality of work was exceptional and they were very professional. This project was a rental house and although we were not there during the project Brian kept me updated with text messages and pictures throughout. Then he came back, after the project was complete to review it with me. Super team and exceptional workmanship. They take alot of pride in what they do. Highly recommend.

Matt and His helper (Raymond?) did a great job. Very courteous and professional. But disappointed I needed a separate appointment for electrical install to get radon fan up and running but not reflective of guys who did the install.
