They have completed the job, however they still need to come back twice a year to adjust and raise more as you have to do this little by little so that the walls do not crack. The workers were on time and very professional and explained everything they did.

Very impressed from start to finish. Chuck, who sold us the product, went out of his way to return to our property for additional questions, and was always available by phone for follow-up. The foreman, Lavelle, and his team, Rayvell and Clarence, were hard at work, and efficient and effective in their installation. Afterwards, I received a call from Adam to review the product and follow-up to see if I had any questions. To top it off, they were willing to return the following day and check in on the product and assist in other matters. Overall, very pleased.

Installed waterproofing and sump pump system in one day and worked very hard. Quality workmanship, and cleaned up well after the job was done! (The guys who worked so hard were Rashawn, Dan, and Robert R)

Omg!!! The installers were awesome!!! Their names were Larry and Jeff. They were on time and very professional!!! They covered everything from top to bottom to protect my furniture and wet bar area. They also worked Quickly and neatly. They answered all of my questions (as I had many) and they cleaned up very well once they were done. Overall, the experience went very well. Hopefully the pump will workout for us as well as the installment and even the salesman James did!!! Awesome job Ohio basement systems !!!!

the crew of workers ( Lavelle, Ray, and Clarence) came on the appointed day. basement gutters installed ( solved the problem of master drain pipe hugging outside wall by routing bg around pipe. also solved problem working in small pump room in very tight quarters. finished on second day as promised. these men were very professional and gentleman.
