Larry and Adam came to replace my 35 yr old water main. They both were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. They offered opinions on the repair and adjusted my bill due to a measurement error. I am very happy with the work

We are very happy with the outcome of the waterproofing job! Very professional job and workers. (John and Josh). They explained the steps they were taking and answered all our questions. They did a very nice job cleaning up. I'm confident our wet basement problem is over with. Looking forward to having Ohio Basement System put up our new walls and new floor next week. We highly recommend them!

The crew did a great job installing our new sump pump with battery back up. They had to jack hammer to make the pit bigger. They were very courteous and placed plastic throughout the house down to the basement. They did a great job cleaning up, you'd never know they were there. Would definitely hire again very professional.

The project foreman was very knowledgeable and walked me through all of their plans and kept me updated on the progress throughout the project. The team was very efficient and had the work completed in half a day, and the quality of work was great.
