Chuck, our project consultant, and Andy, the foreman for our basement project, gave us an unexpected level of detailed service that Ohio Basement Systems must certainly model for and expect from their employees. Chuck was knowledgeable about options for mitigating our basement water problems and met with us several times to present solutions. We were impressed with the range of options that Ohio Basement Systems offers, not only to correct our current drainage problem, but for the possibilities for integrating with future remodeling plans. At the time of the actual basement work, Adam and his crew surpassed my expectations. At the start of each day's work, Adam discussed with me the scope of what he planned for the day, and he summarized what had been completed at the close of day. He was professional and lead his crew by example. In addition, the crew minimized dust and placed protective sheeting and drop cloths. We are very pleased with the end product. Great job.

Contractor actually utilized PolyLEVEL to correct my uneven concrete (not Mudjacking). I was assured that PolyLEVEL foam would last longer and better than Mudjacking and was environ- mentally better. I was very pleased with the crew and the job and cleanup that followed. Good job Ohio Basement Sys..

He explain the work, but I have no knowledge of concrete. This is all new to me. Just for a small job,I thought they were expenses,but once again I do not know about concrete.

Ryan Monda came this morning to perform the requested service on my Ohio Basement Systems sub-pump. Ryan was the ultimate professional! He called me as requested and let me know he was going to be there in 15 minutes. Ryan answered all my questions, walked me through the service process, showed me what he thought needed performed and he even cleaned up after himself. I will truly make sure he is the guy I ask for next year.

a few details were not explained upfront about how long it would actually straighten the wall. I assumed that when they were done it would be straight, but because it took it years to get that way will have to come out every 6 months to adjust the braces.
