They were prompt. Pointed out where my problem was originating from (blocked and broken drain line from gutter downspout to street). Replaced line, minimal trenching in yard. Went under sidewalk. replaced concrete mortar in between blocks in foundation, and secured basement wall. Price was reasonable and in line with another estimate.

We are very sorry for the issues that happened with this job. It is true that we received the wrong color from the manufacture. Once we got the right color that the customer ordered we rushed her back on the schedule to get it installed. The nature of the install in fact included some block repair and parging, installing the Turtle and clean up. Although we try everything to please our customers and do it efficiently there are some things we just can’t control. On several dates she was scheduled there were torrential downpours and flooding, with the job being an exterior dig with parging, block work and the turtle needing to be sealed to the wall, it needs to be dry. We had no choice but to keep getting her back on the schedule in hopes the next install date would be dry. If you are from the Cleveland area you know already that this year has been the wettest year since 1905. We kept this customer on the top of our list every day in order to try and provide excellent customer service. The crew cleaned up as best as you can with this type of work. They leveled, raked off the area, removed any excess dirt and all the customer had to do is just put down mulch or finish landscaping as they pleased. Also, from the pictures you can see there was wall repair done. The crew had to fix the block and re-parge the wall. The parging is still dark gray in the pictures. I’m sorry this customer fell victim to the unfortunate weather we have been having. We do truly care about our customers. We are sending her a visa gift card in efforts trying to be a great company.

Broke gas line in yard causing damage to yard when gas company came to make the repair. Major inconvenience evacuating family, pets etc. I think the actual repair was ok, but no one followed up to check the work.

The water in our basement is now worse than it was before they did their work. They put the french drain 5 - 6ft away from the house & on top of the ground so when it rains there is more water coming in.They also put in new screw jacks and the first time they put it in incorrectly. We had to call and complain to get it done correctly. We are not happy with this company at all!

They were fair price wise, I had estimates from different companies. They were quick and very helpful. I could have got cheaper but I would have given up on quality.

It went very well. Although the project in itself is stressful - your floors are getting jackhammered open, the entire project was handled with professionalism and minimal disruption to our lives. From the sales experience (which wasn't pushy or in my face) to the crew showing up promptly and being courteous, everything was handled well. I would definitely recommend them. They were also quick - completing the entire waterproofing in just over a day and a half.
