Our salesman, John Becker was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. The workers were very neat and cleaned up our basement nicely. Very little dust. Basement looks and smells great. Very responsive to calls and concerns.

I hired the SP on July 30th, signed contract, and gave them $2000 deposit. I decided that their approach would not fix my issue so I called and canceled their service on August 6th. They have agreed to give me a full refund and I couldn't be more thrilled. They are a reasonable company that can be worked with, its just unfortunate that my project didn't match their approach.

I am very happy with concept and basement air quality is wonderful now. Job had drug on for over 6 mos. They do not have enough staff for number of customers.

I had my sinking garage slab and two driveway slabs raised. I am very pleased with the quality of work. They honored their price matching policy and reduced their initial estimate to match others I had gotten. The consultant, Chad Bosak, was very knowledgeable and explained every step in the process. My original scheduled date was in July, but was moved up twice as openings occurred and was completed on June 20, 2018. The crew of Joe and Chris arrived on time, discussed with me exactly what they were going to do, and worked efficiently and professionally answering all my questions. I highly recommend Ohio Basement Systems for concrete projects.
