They were absolutely brilliant and wonderful. his team was perfect. They installed it within the time period.  My husband got injured and so they came in and chatted with me about what they had discussed. They solved problems I did not even know existed. They came up with creative solutions. It cost exactly what it was suppose to cost. They missed a day of work because of a blizzard so they worked on a Saturday to make sure it was done on time. They cleaned up after themselves. They put in the most amazing walls and reconfigured the pipes. They made it look attractive and interesting so that we could have higher ceilings in some areas. The furnace area looks like a lovely closet with french doors. They went far beyond what my dreams were. They were brilliant, efficient, respectful and anything you could want. We felt a good value.  My husband saw the finished basement was thrilled. It was better then what they talked about. We have not had any problems with any of the work they have done. They finished off some detail work with some wood. They took the effort to find some interesting looking wood, which was clever and architecturally interesting.  He gave us his cell and was on the other end whenever I needed him. We chatted everyday, it was perfect.  Extremely professional and charming. I could see the progress everyday.

Basement Authority performed all of the needed setup work before the dig, arrived exactly on time for the dig, were professional the entire day, and left my yard looking better than I could have hoped. The quoted price was exactly what I had to pay with no hidden charges. The experience overall went exceptionally well.

The drains were replaced & covered with cement in a proper manner.  However, because he was early without notifying me I had to pay an extra $200 for them to move stuff in the basement while my helper was on way.  I remained in the house.  At no time was I told of the need to remove 2 shelves so I did not have them emptied. In addition there was no apparent attempt to make a good looking cut through drywall in one room.  It looks like it was hacked at.  I have no more drywall or matching paint.  I believe it could have been cut.  At any rate I could/should have been informed. The actual work (except for drywall) was great.  The men apparently do not live in Akron.  They left me the pieces of shelving.  I have no way to dispose of them as construction debris is not allowed in Akron trash.

Very smooth; took only a few hours. Guys did a professional job.

Great, workers were polite and friendly work was fabulous.

Scott & his crew arrived on 3/13/2013 and explained the job in detail. They completed everything on time on 3/14/2013 as explained by Scott. Job was great!

Rick, Jeremy & Jermaine made a great team on this project to install our basement waterproofing system. They arrived on time each day and worked patiently with me in moving a few larger items the first day. Their individual knowledge of each aspect of the installation was apparent as they proceeded through each phase.  Rick's professionalism shined as he answered questions and took a lead role with many years of experience. I was impressed by the care and determination it takes to get the water guard system at the proper depth below floor level. Those many hours of labor by this crew will be appreciated for years to come. The attention to detail in the clean up was impeccable.  Thanks also to Gregg for his patience in meeting with us twice to explain the system and for the late evening appointment for the sales agreement. Was expecting more to be done based on sales consultation. Project manager & foreman on-site did extra to make up for miscommunication. Overall happy with service.

They came out and looked.  The first estimate was a little high.  The second estimate was a little better, but not by much.  I felt the gentleman that came out fed my useless information.  He was overly friendly and not professional enough.  The process they were trying to explain to me to get the work done was not satisfactory.  The process would involve changing the water pressue and it was not convincing to me that it would work.  The price estimated was a lot lower than other contractors, but I just did not believe the process.
