Chris Shewell came to perform an annual inspection of my sump pump system. Before starting, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do and invited me to observe the process. I watched as he removed the pumps from the well, cleaned and adjusted them as necessary. He explained every step and asked if I had any questions. He also did an inspection of the whole basement and gave me an evaluation of the condition of the walls and any potential problem areas. In addition, he checked the exterior of the house and the downspouts. Chris also went over the warranty with my wife and I. He also explained that Ohio Basement Systems had been acquired by Groundworks, a nationwide company, and our warranty would not change with the transfer. We were very pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire process and would recommend this company to anyone. There was no charge due to the first annual inspection being free.

Jay, Josh B. and Jared did a fantastic job. They were so polite and knowledgeable about the job. Jay made sure I understood exactly what they were doing and I couldn t be more pleased with the job they did. They completely cleaned up the worksite and except for the new beams, you couldn t tell they had been there. Overall very pleased with the crew and the work they did.

Chris shewell came out and inspected my system and installed new pump with battery backup. He reassured me since Groundworks has acquired basement systems all warranties will be honored.
