I had OBA replace my 60+ year old sewer line which was being eaten away by tree roots and a drainage pipe that had collapsed under a new driveway that the former homeowners had put in. From the associate who provided the estimate to the two crews that came to perform the work, I was thoroughly impressed with this company. Not only did they provide a better quote than two other companies I had take a look, but they also provided great recommendations about what to fix and what was unnecessary padding. They were able to schedule the work within the same month and I stayed around during the construction to watch them work. They were very polite, mindful of the neighbors and checked with me each time they had to do anything off script. Even the city inspector who stopped by to inspect the work indicated to me privately that the crew knew what they were doing and was performing good work. No one wants to dig up their yard to replace a sewer line but if it is something you have to do, you want to someone you can trust. I couldn't have been more happy with my experience with OBA and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a similar repair.

My installers of a new, bigger, reservoir and 2 new sump pumps were Gene and Jerimiah. They were careful to not damage my carpet on the finished side of my basement and even scrubbed the floor where they were working before they left. Good job guys!!!

The office was fabulous. The gentleman that we worked with that did our estimate was professional and a pleasure to work with. The 2 man crew that was sent to our home to fix our waterlines were not as friendly or as easy to work with. Lots of miscommunication which led to unnecessary work and cosmetic damage to my lawn. I should add that this took place while I was at work and could not oversee the project. I accept some of the blame of this. They were given a drawn map of directions from their office and I also received a copy. These directions were not followed. Once we returned from work and could assist, the work was completed and the men stayed until everything was cleaned up. This was well past their normal hours.

Very polite, professional and on time. The manager that did the estimate was on time ( unlike some from Home advisor i.e some no shows) Explained exactly what they would do at a reasonable price! The workers were professional , well prepared and cleaned up after the work. I would recommend OBA!! Thanks

The consultant that came out did not really examine the job completely. The technician came out but could not fix the problem I called them about. But, they did do work to keep the problem from getting worse.
