From start to finish, the Tomorrow Home Solutions team demonstrated professionalism, a desire to meet our needs, a high level of skill in completing all elements of the job. The sales representative came to our home two times to provide information about the services to be provided and related costs as well as to answer our many questions. The information John provided was clear, factual, and thorough. When the service team arrived, they introduced themselves and reviewed the work to be done. At all times, the team demonstrated the greatest respect for my wife and me, for our personal property, and for one another. They gladly answered the many questions we asked and took the time to insure that we understood what they were doing and why. Despite the fact that much of the work involved heavy labor, the service team members remained cheerful and stayed on task to insure the timely completion of the job. We were especially impressed with the quality of all work completed and the willingness of team members to go "above and beyond" expectations to insure that my wife and I would be pleased with the final product. The job went smoothly and was completed within the three-day window previously identified. We are very pleased with the work completed by the Tomorrow Home Solutions team.

The Home Solutions crew called in the morning to confirm their arrival. They got there right on time, introduced themselves, surveyed the site then setup their equipment and got right to work. They started at the far end of the crawl space and removed all the junk and debri including an old swing set that someone had discarded down there for some reason! Then they used a hammer drill to break through the cement and dig a pit for the sump pump installation carefully removing all the cement and mud that had to be carried out through the access point in the middle of the house through the living room and out the front door. We had spread plastic drop cloth out as a precaution but they also brought their own materials to protect the floors during this process. They determined that the best location for the pump was at the front of the house so they had to run PVC pipe around the perimeter of the crawl space to reach the back of the house where we wanted the water to go. The whole job was completed from 8 a.m to 3:30 p.m. start to finish without any problems or surprises. So far the system they installed is working perfectly.

Joe & his crew, Kyle, Chris & Jeremy, were punctual all four days they were here. Joe, gave the arrival and departure times each day and explained what they were going to do each day. Joe, asked me and answered any questions or concerns I had as the job progressed and they cleaned up at the end of each day.
