The team was very professional from the get go. Â Arrived on time and performed the task on time and ahead of schedule. Â The men were very courteous in their work manner. Â Informed me of the things they were doing when I asked questions and explained everything very well and also in a way that did not make it hard for me to understand. Â There is also an employee coming back every couple of months to tighten the plates which I think is wonderful. Company offered a warranty which is something no other company offered me and I have worked with several to fix my many basement issues. Â I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering basement repairs.

They came out and dug the whole foundation up. He was very honest and to the point. He pointed out all of the problems with my foundation and then explained how he would go about fixing them.

Contractor called to advise scheduled start time was delayed by emergency. Arrived as rescheduled. Very neat and professional. Work completed as promised.

It was fine although it was kind of a waste of money. I would not recommend them because it was kind of blah, but I wasn't disappointed.

In response to rating our company in JUNE from the time [member name removed]booked the appointment in OCTOBER of 2012 and purchased a $49 dollar coupon from Angie's List. He rates us a "C" ???? He had no problem in his basement but wanted us to come out to inspect it anyway. The coupon was for 10% off of any repairs contracted. Why would he purchase this? And further more post a C rating on Angie's List. We did go out and inspect and found nothing wrong, just as the homeowner had thought. He had NO issues.
