The guy who came out was very thorough, but I was a bit dissapointed in the coupon because it did not cover very much.

Response from Company:

In response to Member's review regarding her disappointment in the coupon offer, we do not understand this. She purchased a $49 dollar coupon for $500 off any Home Energy Efficiency Products. She had the free audit done and was quoted on what improvements were needed to make her home more efficient. She chose not to have the work done at that time do to the fact that she was remodeling her kitchen. Member did not have the cash for the project. We offered her financing for it, but she did not want finance it. Had she gone forward with the improvements she would have received $500 off of the project and perhaps she would not have felt that she wasted her money on this coupon. We have been trying to contact her to go back now that fall is here. Assuming her kitchen remodeling is done.......we could move forward with the proposal to make her home more comfortable and energy efficient AND we would still honor the coupon of the $500 off.

This company is very professional, they were on time, detailed in their workmanship and exceeded my expectations. Very well.  Cordial and professional and helpful.  Attention to detail and sense of urgency was great.  Paper work presented.  Extra work to remove some old flooring  was performed.

Chris Algieri arrived at the appointed time to perform the energy audit. He was polite, professional and informative. I would have given him a higher grade, but he never followed up with the promised home energy audit report. He was supposed to email me a report. I never received anything.

We have contacted this customer and have emailed her the proposal. Our company software and records had indicated that she had received the email with the information. The customer never called us to tell us that Chris had not followed up with her. (Not hat she should) We found out about this "mishap" by finding out 3 months later when she posted her review on Angie's List.Had we had known there was an issue we could have addressed it much sooner. We do not know why she did not get the email, but we told the Customer that we are sorry for the mishap and got the information out to her that day.

The company representative was prompt and clearly knowledgeable about how to replace our water line. The estimate given was very reasonable compared to others. We were scheduled for the work in a timely fashion . The crew arrived as scheduled and completed their work in a timely fashion. We are very pleased with the quality of the completed work and our experience with the company representatives.
