Write a ReviewCrew was supposed to start on 11-16-11, but Jeremy called early that morning to reschedule to 11-18-11 due to some employees that had called off. He promised a gift card for the inconvenience, which was a $25 Applebees card the team gave us on 11-18-11. They worked from approximately 8am-2pm. The company is also scheduled to come back out on 1-13-2012 after I called and spoke to Jeremy, as some of the clear sealant around the window frames has seeped in between space between the window frame and plaster of this older home. We'd like to see if this needs redone. The job appeared to go well and we asked questions along the way and had them redo the foam in a few places where we could still feel cold air flow. I picked up a few pieces of dry foam that had fallen but overall there was no cleanup. It has been a milder winter so far and only a short time since we had this done, so we'll be able to tell better when colder bitter winter weather strikes.
Rob the consultant very helpful. The crew came out on time and tolled me what they where going to do.
They were on time and did a good job.
The workers came on time each day and were professional. Â They worked hard and were eager to answer our questions all the time.

It went very well. The insulation is working well. They worked very hard and cleaned up well. It took them three days to complete, which is what they estimated. I am very pleased with the service.
I was very happy with Tomorrow's Home Solutions' services from beginning to end. The consultation was very informative and we had air sealing done throughout our house. All personnel were courteous and I barely knew they were in the house while doing the work. Communication was very good throughout the process.
First of all, Dave, who came out to explain the system and give us an estimate seemed very knowledgeable and easy to understand. He brought a laptop with all the info needed to explain in detail the process of fixing the water leakage on the one wall in our basement. He was very courteous and respectful to us. However, he kept offering us discounts to get us to sign right away. We were a little intimidated by this tactic, but we did research their website that explained in detail the process involved. It's not like we didn't know what to expect. They did call the day before to confirm everything. They arrived pretty much on time and briefly told us what they were going to do, especially in regards to the mess they were going to create. Not once though, did they mention about the noise and the mess they were going to create. We were specifically told that they were going to protect our belongings in the basement with a plastic "wall" to keep things clean. If I had known how much (cement) dust they were going to leave everywhere, I would have covered everything myself to protect it from the heavy layer of (cement) dust they left behind. We weren't sure they were going to use a jack-hammer (or whatever) to dig up a trench around the outer wall, and when the noise started, it was deafening. Even with Bose headphones on to reduce the noise, after six hours of that, we were just about at the end of our rope. They also "assured" us they would complete the work in one day. By the middle of the afternoon, they said they had to dig deeper because of the basement floor and that it would take longer than expected. (Meaning, they were going to have to come back the next day). I was hoping that they would have just stayed longer (past 4:45 pm) to finish it up once and for all. But that was not the case. We had doctor's appointments set up for the next morning because we were told ahead of time that it would only take one day to complete the work. So now we had to cancel and reschedule, which was a big inconvenience for us. When they left, we went into the basement to look around at the work. It was a little hard to see because of the "dust" cloud everywhere. And then it hit me.... they really didn't do what they said they were going to do, as far as protecting our furniture and belongings from that dusty mess. To say I was furious, would have been an understatement. The next day, they came to finish up, which only took another hour or so. Once they left, we went shopping and as soon as we got home, we noticed something we did NOT like at all. They built a water "trench" outside our front window, with a drainage pipe leading out onto our front lawn. Now, we were really furious. We called and complained, because that was NOT the agreement we had. It was supposed to lead into the drainage pipe on the corner of the house. They came back out and apologized, and removed that trench and pipe and directed the water to the "gutter" drainage pipe. We were told they did it that way because since we had a drainage "ditch" by the curb, that they thought all our water drained into that ditch. That was stupid to say the least. After they finished correcting that error, they apologized profusely about the mess in the basement, and said they would clean it up. Going over (almost) everything didn't exactly make it clean. We were still going to have to go over everything with a vacuum and a damp cloth to remove the cement dust coating that was left on all our books in the bookcase. Thank God we had our clothes covered in plastic, or that would have meant a large dry cleaning bill. Overall, it seemed to us that charging $6500 for one-day's work was a little much, especially since we've had numerous other contractor's over the past year who never left a mess when they were done. They promised in the spring (2012) that someone would come out and "correct" the grass issue, but no one came out, so sent them an email, and of course "they didn't remember anything about it." After sending pictures to them, they said they would come out and fix the problem. A week later, someone did come out, but all they did was throw some grass seed on the "trench" they dug up out of the grass and replace one set of bricks that they destroyed in this whole process. We had to put some more soil over the grass seeds so that the grass would be level. What a nightmare!
They did exactly what they said they would do, very clean, very neat and very personable- the owners of the company came out to visit and very professional.
were a great help with a very large project
