We've been trying to contact this customer for a few weeks. We are happy to hear that they are okay as we have been unable to reach them. It is unfortunate that this customer posted a review prior to getting in touch with us. Our production manager has called and left another message and hopefully we will finally be able to speak with the customer directly.

There were a few cracks in our basement walls that needed to be addressed. Called Ohio Basement System. They were fast, fair and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.

The salesman gave us an estimate. A date was set for the work to be done and we received an email confirmation of the time. We waited all day and they never showed up. When we called to check, they said that they changed the appointment. We were never notified of the change and after wasting a day waiting, we decided to cancel. The deposit took three weeks to return despite several phone calls and empty promises about "the check is in the mail." We asked several times to talk to a supervisor or manager and were told they would call us immediately......never received any calls. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Would never recommend this company!

We are sorry that we could not accommodate this customer. He agreed to an installation date of May 11th, but somehow thought it was the 9th. When he called us asking why we weren't there the morning of the 9th, we explained that he was scheduled on the 11th and that our system time/date stamps it when it was scheduled so it cannot be moved. The 9th was never confirmed. After speaking to this customer he decided to cancel the job. We had no problem in accommodating this request, a cancellation form was sent to the accounting office to get the deposit returned. They process checks on Wednesday. His check was mailed out in the very next batch of checks. He did call everyday demanding his refund. We tried to tell him it is being processed and we are hurrying it out of the door. We are very sorry that there was some sort of confusion with the schedule date and wish him the best of luck with his project.

There was a team of worker's that work very well together. They are professional,. Their came out, took care of business. Very friendly, answered all my questions. Explained what they were going to do, before they did it. They also were respectful of my property. They were a group of very well trained men. Just as polite as can be. Yes! I would recommend this company. The experience was great!

Ohio Basement installed a perimeter drainage system & sump pump. Everyone in the company, from the office staff to on-site employees, was professional in every way. They were knowledgeable, polite & friendly. They worked hard to finish the job & make sure we were satisfied & they stand behind their work. They did good a good job & we've had good results.

I had a water drainage system installed and a water line repaired. The crew who came in for the water line did a good job with the work but did not call me when there was a problem the first time they came. It was resolved.m, but a phone call would have been appreciated. To crew that came out for the drainage system called before they got here and gave me a call after they left. They did a great job, and the system seems to be working fine. I want to give special recognition to Dave, he was with us all the way through the process. He's genuinely concerned about making sure that we were happy with the work. He is a real asset to this company. I would hire again and recommend without reservation.
