They did a great job on the repair. They kept me informed as to just what the problem was and what they had to do to repair the piping. At first I thought that the price was a bit high, but after seeing the problem and the quality of their work, I realized that the price wasn't out of reason. Also they called with their arrival time and they were there on time.

Received call within one hour of sending request through Home Advisor and they were here on time later the same morning. Replaced the outdoor faucet quickly, works great. Very professional. Would use again.

My water heater started leaking last night. Sent them an e-mail around midnight, they responded within 5 minutes. Told them I would call in the morning, which I did and they were out at my house by noon today. I shopped around and they were fair on their prices, and did excellent work and got us back going. You don't realize how bad things are without hot water, and these guys got us back in no time. Would definitely recommend and would use them again for future plumbing needs.

Rooter-Man did this job. They were on time for the appointment. They removed a kitchen sink faucet & installed a new faucet. Their work was excellent & they left no mess behind.
