Prompt and pleasant. Told me he charges by job, not hourly rate, yet within seconds of analyzing the problem he got out a calculator and appeared to compute the job at an hourly rate. The work was very fast and expensive. I figure I paid approx. $8/minute for this repair.

It is uncommon to find someone who shows up as promised (on time/ready to get the work done), transparent with their pricing, friendly and respectful, and just simply great! I called them because we discovered a leak in the drain pipe in the crawl space. They showed up as promised, did the work after telling me exactly what the work would cost and getting my approval to proceed. They did such a good job and finished so quickly that I added scope to the work before they left. They came back the next day as promised and installed three toilets without a problem. I would (and will when the need arises) hire them again without hesitation. Outstanding people, outstanding company!

Rob and Lynda were awesome to work with. Lynda called within 30 seconds of my request. Rob did an outstanding job replacing our hot water tank ~ on time arriving, replaced the tank and garage was left clean! Thanks, Rob & Lynda!!

Rob and his son Paul did an outstanding job. I thought that the initial price point was higher than expected but overall they did an "outstanding job" for the money. I would definitely use this service again!

Within 2 hours of contacting them. Came in diagnosed the problem, he was right, and fixed it. Had a plumber over earlier that day he couldn't. Very knowledgeable, great customer service.
