There were two people who came to estimate; they were efficient and knew what they were doing. Their estimate was very reasonable. When I selected them to do the work, they scheduled the job quickly, showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. Iâ d recommend them completely!

Very personable

The repairman arrived and was not wearing a mask. When I asked him if he had been vaccinated, he replied NO. Then he asked if I wanted him to wear a mask. All repair persons should arrive with a mask on.

Rooter-Man was courteous, flexible & efficient. I had scheduled them but when the vendor I ordered my toilet did not meet their commitment, they graciously rescheduled. They completed the task quickly & efficiently, were pleasant and helpful.

They came to my house and completed the repair. I had intended to just have a faucet installed and after speaking with Robert decided to do the entire upgrade. They picked out a gorgeous Kohler sink, faucet, new garbage disposal and re-plummed my kitchen sink. I was concerned that my 21 year old laminate would be damaged removing the sink but no they cut it out beautifully and installed the new one perfectly. Nice guys and very professional. Thank you,

Great experience

Paul & Anthony were experienced and friendly. They offered a less expensive repair option (which we took) with the assurance that if it doesnâ t solve the problem, they can do a replacement and give us credit for the money spent in the repair.
