The gentlemen did a great job super fast. Price was high but work and manors are excellent.

Did work in a timely fashion and explained the problem.

Replaced leaking outdoor hose bib. Prompt service. Price was what I expected for the service. Would hire again.

I only give 5 stars if I can't imagine another business doing a better job under the circumstances. That's the case here. They're personable, professional, they explain what they're doing and why and offer thoughts on how to prevent issues in the future. That's the kind of people I want on speed-dial. Rob and Lynda run a GREAT shop from everything I can tell. I highly recommend them.

I tried to water my lawn for the first time this year and discovered the outdoor faucet leaked terribly when turned on, from a crack in the pipe from the house to the outlet. I called Home Advisor, who found me a local plumber within an hour. I wanted non-emergency help, and Rooter-Man offered a free estimate the next day. They came a little earlier than promised, with a full-capability truck, and replaced the outdoor faucet with a superior American-made product, in less than an hour. I lost almost no time watering the lawn, which had become thirsty. As usual nowadays I was surprised at the cost, but it was not much more than the last time I had to replace that faucet. These guys were knowledgeable, friendly, and competent. The job was done neatly and completely. I would call them again.

Paul and Anthony from Rooter-Man were knowledgeable and explained all that needed to be done to replace our 20-year-old water heater. Although theirs was not the least expensive bid I received for the job, they struck me as being honest and confident of their ability to do the job. I was not disappointed. They were always industrious, cheerful, and upbeat, and it was a pleasure to have them around. They completed the work, cleaned up, and hauled away our old water heater in short order, and also helped me with a blockage under the sink in our kitchen. I would definitely call Rooter-Man again!
