the man is a disaster waiting to happen, he broke a pipe then tried to quadruple the price. i got his mistake corrected and paid only 2/4 of what he wanted to correct his mistake.

Response from Company:

This customer called us for a second time to do more work because he was happy the firsr time we did business. This call required removal of a tub drain from above the tub with anextraction tool that removes the drain from the tub drain shoe. The plumbing in this house was over 25 years old and when we went to remove the drain the system broke apart under the tub. The tub is located in a bathroom on the second level above the kitchen. I told the customer that there would be an additional cost to open the ceiling and repair or replace the waste and overflow pipes in ceiling. The customer at that time wanted to wait on the repair until company that he was having stay left. There was a little bit of mis communication on my side, I should of let the customer know that there could be problems if the drain falls apart while removing from above the tub. I did not charge the customer!! He ended up calling someone else months later....

Arrived on time. Professional, courteous, friendly. Even returned a product I had pre purchased for the job, (to the Local store purchased from), due to a crack in the merchandise. Did very good installation work.

they were great in every way. trustworthy and watching out for my pocket book just one of there qualities. The install needed an extra part, he gave me the part at no charge. After the install, the next day I got a call from him making sure everything we okay. Above and beyond!
