I am very pleased with my experience. Rooter-Man. They were quick to respond and schedule an appointment to come to my house and assess the cause of my problem. This morning, Jake communicated his time of arrival and texted when he was in my driveway. Jake finished the work in a timely manner. He certainly delivered service with a smile!!

I don't think it could have gone any better. Our water heater burst, spraying water all over the garage and created a stream across the floor. Within seconds (literally) of submitting the request on Angi, someone from Rooter-Man had me on the phone scheduling the service. From that call to replacement was less than 5 hours. AMAZING!

Jake from Rooter-Man came to give an estimate on a plumbing issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being with the disrupter valve of my shower, quoted me a reasonable price, and got to work. He had the part already in his truck and he was done in under an hour. He even took the time to explain to me how I could fix it myself if it becomes a problem again in the future, rather than needing to replace the entire spigot. Overall, very satisfied with Rooter-Man's work.
