Great
Super nice plumbing team- the rate seemed a bit stiff, but they stuck with us for a while to finish the job. Halfway through they asked for more money cause it was taking longer than expected, but reasoned with the original quote. I would trust them and hire them for another job in the future.
They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and after signing the estimate they got right to work. They kept me informed during the repair and I just couldn t be happier with the result.
workers were prompt and efficient
Very professional and priced reasonably
BEWARE! These guys have ZERO experience. Been to my house twice for a minor bathtub leak and still cant fix it. Refuse to fix work or refund money or partial refund. SCAMMERS! Stay away from them! They encourage small claims against them. BEWARE! They should be removed from all sites! Go elsewhere!
We originally went to this call 2/24/20 because the renter had a leak upstairs somewhere at the tub location and dripping downstairs to the utility room. The ceiling was opened in the utility room downstairs and we could see the drain for the tub. I had my apprentice run water upstairs in the tub and I stayed downstairs and observed to see where the leak was coming from. The leak was coming from the overflow plate. I gave the customer an estimate to replace the overflow washer and retest. After replacing the overflow washer we tested to see if water was still leaking and it was not. We gave a 1 year warranty. On 3/11/20 the customer called back and said it was leaking again. We went back out to the home at no charge. I noticed that the overflow plate had shifted to one side. When I originally took the plate off, the screw holding the plate was real tight. I took the plate off inspected the washer and it looked tight up against the tub like it should be. I put some white silicone caulking on top of the washer and put the plate back on tight. We tested again and there were no leaks again. On 3/19/20 the customer called our office again, he said the drain was still leaking and then proceeded to verbally abuse our dispatcher with profanity and threatened to cause harm to the plumber if he was sent back out. The customer would not give our company a chance to fix the problem. The original installation of the waste and overflow (ABS) was not aligned correctly and may have shifted over time causing the leak. This customer (Renter) was on a budget....our company takes care of our customers but we do not accept verbal abuse from anybody!! Thank you, Rob Hanson Owner Rooter-Man Plumbing
