Paul, was ahead of schedule and replaced both outdoor faucets with new and easier to repair faucets . Checked to help to find leak I called about originally. they gave me a phone number to call for further evaluation further. I appreciated the concern showed by all involved..

They were able to come the same day I called. They offered me two choices of faucets which were a little more costly than I probably would have chosen but know the one I picked is a good brand and our renter was delighted with it. Jared was very nice and our renter liked him also.

We were very fortunate that rooter-man was able to come earlier than there scheduled appointment. 2 very professional plumber came to the house . We needed a copper pipe that was a foot from our outdoor facet repaired and a new outdoor facet installed . This was fixed within 40 minutes. Very disappointed in the charge. Per Angi they charged the very top dollar for arrival and repair. $470 this supposedly with a$100 discount . Was thinking it would be more like $350. Yes i had the options to get other estimates but we had no water and in need of immediate repair.

Very good guys, work was professional, needed certified plumber to install a toilet and check and check plumbing for a refi, first toilet had a crack and they waited for me to run and get another one then installed the new one. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal installed and went through home advisor, Rooter-man was the first one to contact me. It was not even an emergency call but they were at my home within 2 hrs. Jordan was friendly and great with communicating, he went right to work. The kitchen faucet that I pre-bought was not the best choice (which I already knew) but Jordan said no problem and that he had a brand new Moen faucet in his truck so I bought the faucet and he installed it and the new garbage disposal quickly. I was impressed with Jordan and the company and would hire them again in the future for all things plumbing.
