Over all the work was timely and well done. I'm rating lower for the money value because I was charged a hefty amount for removing and replacing the toilet when it was required for the sewer clean-out. Since I've removed and replaced toilets many times myself, I know that is a relatively simple activity and in future instances would remove it before having the plumber do the clean-out, and then replace it afterward.

Ron came on time, but I was upstairs and didn't hear the doorbell so he left and left his card and a frig magnet, but he came back thank God! He looked at everything told me what was needed, looked in his book for prices showed me the price of what it could be then told me that if he did everything now, I would pay a flat fee which saved me $1000.00. His work is excellent! I'm glad I hired him.
