Jake was awesome! He was prompt and courteous. He explained exactly what needed to be done in simple but descriptive language. And he worked very quickly and diligently to complete the work. And the price was much better than other quotes I received.

We had an in home plumbing emergency and Rooter Man was quick to respond. Within an hour of contact, we had a tech on the way to get us an evaluation and quote for services. The tech on site was very friendly, professional, and equipped to address our problem immediately. Finding a good plumber is just as challenging as finding a good mechanic, and when you find one that gives it to you straight and charges a fair price, you want to keep that relationship. I've had several bad interactions with one of the big names in my area, but the service I received from Rooter Man was top notch! I've found my go-to plumbing experts! Shout out to Jake - I really appreciate all the work you put in to help us out and verify our problem was solved! Would definitely use again, and would absolutely recommend to a friend. We did like work they did. We thought that they could have had more communication between the workers as it was time consuming when having to wait for another person to complete job. Overall, we were pleased with the work.

Jared was professional and was efficient with his time. Doing 2 repairs on his visit. The original repair was for the replacement of my water heater. Then we found a leak under the house. My only complaint is the cost he was already there but charged us the same cost as if he had come out to do the second repair as a new job. They are very expensive.
