Hired him to replace a toilet flange. Quoted me $525. plus tax which seemed high, and I made the mistake of assuming that included installing new toilet,so imagine my shock when it was just the flange which took about 1 1/2 hours. No problem with subfloor. I had already removed the old toilet. He charges another $225 to install.

I appreciate your business...You did remove an old toilet from the floor and we did repair the flange. We did quote you the price of $225.00 plus tax to put together a new toilet and install the new toilet. Customer knew what the price was before we started....

Outstanding work. They had all the equipment and parts available to repair and update the plumbing needed. It did not take long to make the repairs for my leaking water line and I haven't had any problems. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent job overall. Top notch service. I had a broken main on my side of the water meter in the front yard. Two guys came out, I showed them where the leak was, and they quoted me $1500 and was told it was non-negotiable. I accepted their quote and they proceed to do the repair work. This took a little less than three hours including a trip to the store for parts and restoration of the yard to its previous condition. I know I shouldn't complain about something I agreed to, but after the job was complete I started thinking about what I had just received for my 1500 bucks - three hours of labor and $30 at most worth of PVC pipe fittings. $1470 for three hours of labor is $490 per hour. I can't say I received value for money at that rate. Again, it's my own fault for agreeing to it in the first place and not getting other quotes first.

I made an appointment for a specific time based on our family's work/school schedule and Rooter Man was late by 1.5 hours which is why they only got a 3 rating for customer service. To be fair they did get an opening in their schedule earlier in the day and did try to come then but that would not work for us.
