I got a call from this company less than a minute I posted my request @ HomeAdvisor. Rob the plumber rang the doorbell @ exactly the time of our agreed appointment. He's professional & knowledgeable; he explained what's he's doing and how much everything would cost. I would highly recommend this company. Prompt and professional.

Finding a plulmbing company that you can actually trust is so incredibly valuable. Rob from Rooter-Man was honest, professional and extremely prompt. I thought I was looking at an incredibly expensive repair, and a less honest technician could probably have convinced me that this was the case, but Rob was very genuine, didn't talk down to me (you know, the way some technicians can), and fixed my plumbing issue on the spot. i will keep his name on my fridge as the go-to guy for any future plumbing issues. It is so reassuring when you find someone you can trust. I will recommend him to all my friends.

They called me back within 2 hours of my online search, and we set up a no-cost appointment. After assessing the situation, they gave me the price of the work to be done, offered me a senior citizen discount, estimated that the work would be done in a couple of hours, and it was done in an hour and a half.
