I called Rooterman, who've I used before for other plumbing needs, and they came on a Saturday for me, since I work M-F. Turns out my hot water heater was leaking. Since I was a repeat customer, they gave me a break on the install right off the bat, which was awesome! They went the extra mile and pulled out my wet carpet, pad and tacking boards for me, and cleaned up the floor before installing the new hot water heater. They kept me informed throughout the project, cleaned up after themselves, and worked in a timely and professional manner. They were also very pleasant and easy to deal with. I will definitely use Rooterman again for any plumbing needs I have!!

They were out here promptly, diagnosed the water leak problem quickly, and replaced a toilet with a better one for my disabled husband. They could not help with the water leak damage but recommended someone who is working the problem now and are doing a fantastic job. I would hire these guys for all my plumbing needs. They were courteous, friendly, and very helpful. They even polished our chrome faucets when they completed the work so they looked like new.

This job was an emergency on a weekend. From initial contact via the Home Advisor web site to initial phone contact was less than half an hour. And they were at my home in less than two hours. Job done on the spot. Every aspect of the problem, solution and cost were explained to me as they worked. Happy to have flushing toilets again. Have contracted for annual Rootex treatment. Couldn't be more satisfied.

Very professional, came in clean uniforms. They have nice mats to keep their work area clean. Clean up after themselves. Are very informative. For my job, the garage disposal and dishwasher do not have power to them yet. So, they told me what needed to be done, once the power was trimmed out. They even let me video them, so I could show my Electrician, if there was a question. They came on time and got the job done quickly. They even showed me how to clean my faucets with the tool. They left all the paperwork for me to register my products. After the install, they walked me through my house, showing how beautiful it turned out. The customer service is amazing, from the operator to the Technician. They were very respectful to my house and to my pets. I would absolutely recommend them. Everyone was so easy to work with, and communication was amazing. The Operator was friendly and worked with my schedule. It was a great experience having worked with them. THANK YOU FOR THE WATER!!!!
