Arrived on time, fixed blockage, and cleaned up after repair. Even fixed a minor faucet leak without additional charge. Price is reasonable and no hidden costs.

Good Honest locally run business. Had a slight issue in the beginning that the owner Rob was quick to make good on. I would definitely use them again and was very pleased with not just the work, but the people I worked with.

I will recommend him to anyone else This project cost $350, but it was worth it, and he didn't leave until the problem was solved!!! It was worth the cost!

There have been some reviews on Service Magic that note that Rooter-Man is overpriced, thus I was concerned. However, I did ask them to quote me a price before they left their office, which they did. The plumber arrived at the house on time and gave an overview of what the estimate would be - a flat fee. It was a complex drain to unclog and took over 2 hours, not including the time that was needed to drive to and from the house. He was very courteous and professional, and did not pressure me into purchasing additional items. What more can I say? They called right away, they showed up exactly on time, they got the job done.
