From start to finish, Brandon listened to the problem where we needed a new gutter installed above our long country porch, arranged a day and time for specialists to come and kept me abreast of the timeline through phone calls and texts. This man is on the ball and a consummate professional! It was a difficult task because of the position of our water spigot down below. I have a 1907 home that had its overhangs removed years ago and was in need of having the overhangs/eves reconstructed along with a new roof. Unforeseen was the addtional wood shake roof which had to be removed. Ofek, the project coordinator, was outstanding and communicative throughout the process. Upon completion, the result was outstanding and could not be happier. The project also included a complete gutter install and this company took the time and expense to come back out and make requested corrections in addition to new work with no addtional charge. "I needed repair done quickly pursuant to the sale of my home and an impending closing. Casey arranged an estimate within 24 hours and once hired, had a crew there two days later. They had approximately 750 square feet of siding removed and three quarters of the new siding installed the first day. Once the old siding was removed and a problem with the way the old siding was installed, he explained the process to solve the issue thoroughly, made the necessary adjustments to comply with proper installation requirements to support the warranty of the product, and completed the project the next day. Quality of work was excellent and they left the property as clean as it was before they arrived. My only very minor concern was that due to a mis-communication within the organization, when a representative from the homeowners association questioned his authority to do the work, it could have been handled more diplomatically."

"Re-sided the entire house. It was a big investment but I did my research and knew what I wanted. Matt the owner was awesome from the beginning. He always got back to me right away, answered my questions, did what I wanted but guided me too. We replaced front & back doors, replaced some old windows, wrapped the porch columns, used shingles and plank siding, painted it all and it is just gorgeous! I'm very happy. My almost 100 year old house looks new, but better than new! They used good paint and here's a tip: get advice from an expert about the color scheme. Miller paint has a colorist who will come to your house and it's essential, if you're not sure about color. Husband and I thought about moving, but the market is just ridiculous. We refinanced, got equity back, and made our old house new. RROC did just an excellent job. I recommend them without hesitation. It's hard to know who to trust, but I'm glad we trusted them. We had some moments of frustration but we made decisions together and the end result is just beautiful."
