Reviews
Write a ReviewThe company was able to come on short notice. The job was completed with no problems. The plumber did not have the clear sealent to put around the outside bottom of the toilet. The plumber was very knowlegable and personable. He also removed a garbage disposal that was not on his original work list. I thought the cost was a little high for the work done.
Fixed my issue. Only problem was plumber arrived two hours later from scheduled time.
Technician Rob was professional and helpful. It ended up being something we could fix ourselves...so he guided us through the steps and within 10 minutes we were done. The service call charge was more than reasonable. I will call him next time we have a plumbing/septic problem...We can trust them to not rip us off! Two thumbs up!! Thanks Rob!
Concetta Thank so much for the good review...if there is anything else we can help you with we are just a phone call away... Rob
Quick to respond able to get to me the quickest. He was courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. His price was reasonable too.
Very expensive, but responsive, would not use again.
I am a little disappointed with the review..We do not charge a travel fee to show up at the door for estimates..We did the work. A week later the customer called back with a concern because the tub drain that we cabled and removed hair from was not draining fast enough..We drove back to the customers home, no charge, we give warranties on our work, I explained to the customer that if they remove the hair strainer which has little drain holes (very small) out of the drain the tub will drain faster. Are prices are very competitive for the quality of work we do.
We originally had Rob check our plumbing for leaks and cost estimate for future work, but a week after he was here our hot water tank flooded our laundry and family room we called at 7am and he was here when he said he would be and did a great job. He also explained every thing completely.
very good
The costs were higher than I anticapated but I wanted to get it done that day and am satisfied with the work completed.
We bought a new kitchen sink, had a leaky shower value and the tub filler mechanism was broken on two tubs. The estimate for that was over $1000 for about 5 hours work and parts. So we had the kitchen sink done for over $400 since he was already there. It was a great job and he's super professional. I ended up doing the tub fillers and the shower value myself which I was trying to avoid but couldn't afford. I might have made a different choice and done the sink myself had I known how much a plumber costs these days. I don't think his prices are any different than others though. Still I'd refer for tough/risky jobs.
did excellent Job - satisfied with service
