My water heater was leaking badly. They were there in 2 hours, and in less 3 hours later; we had a new water heater installed. Very professional and quick. Honestly it was a little more than another quote, it's a better water heater and I would have had to wait four days for an install. Very pleased. When its an emergency, you want fast quality service; which we received.

The service man was on time and very pleasant. He explained the work to be done and options for fixing the problem very thoroughly. His repair was done in a very reasonable time and very expertly. My only complaint was that the cost was somewhat more than I was expecting.
