Found our water heater was leaking and immediately sought to look for some estimates that wouldn’t break the bank! Rooter man was able to get Jared out to do an estimate within an hour. The price was reasonable, and because our water heater had never gotten replaced before we bought the house, it was too old to get fixed so we got a replacement water heater! Jared was respectful and knowledgeable and got the job done! Definitely recommend! I now have their magnet business card in case I have any other troubles!

Rooter-Man responded to my request to Angi's list within five minutes and sent a repair person out within an hour. Jarred quickly assessed the situation with a nonfunctioning kitchen faucet lever -- no access to hot water -- and had an acceptable faucet in his van. He made quick work of swapping them out. He also tried to fix a stubborn bathroom faucet stopper but that turned worse, perhaps due to a faulty design. I admit that the $500 labor charged seemed on the high side but chose the expedient route since J was there and was quite pleasant.

I have had many plumbers come to my home, but without a doubt,this was the most professional and polite service I have ever had . He unclogged two sinks quietly and efficiently and he gave us privacy while we discussed whether or not to go ahead. I am neely enthusiastic about plumbers now. He also had an awesome company van 👍😊
