The service was very professional yet they were very personable. They diagnosed the problem and explained in detail how it would be repaired. Professional, friendly, and helpful. Rob and Jared showed up early, after calling to make sure I was home. Completed the job (faucet installation) quickly and efficiently and answered my many questions, including advising me regarding an unrelated bathroom plumbing issue. Highly recommended, and will call them again if/when needed.
