Reviews
Write a ReviewGood service, but very pricey.
John was the plumber who did my job, which involved changing out 11 water valves throughout the house. I felt they gave me a fair price and made a timely response. I was impressed with the way they made sure that everything was secure and no leaks. This was a premptive plumber repair that I had been planning on having done for some time, glad I found Roote-Man and John did an excellent job, thanks, randy and barb tibbs
DID A VERY GOOD JOB - WOULD USE AGAIN
I was pleased with the quick assessment of the problem. John was knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me what was happening. He treated me as an adult and not a child. That was a welcome change from past experiences. Although I felt the cost was a bit high because the estimate is not free and the repair cost is over and above that. In the end it was worth it to know what the problem was and it should not happen again.
He did a great job, were prompt and thorough.
He was very honest and efficient. He also provided us good tips for avoiding problems in the future.
The problem was solved and fixed in short order.
Very prompt arrival and did drain work same time. Friday, needed sewer job done, so I gave it to them. Probably overcharged, as they wanted 230 to rebuild toilet next door, plus 250 to turn off bldg and replace shutoff valve. Seattle Drain fixed toilet and one next door for 125, had no prob using shutoff valve.
We did do a job for this customer. But this landlord is now complaining about a repair next door that we did not even do...It was only an estimate..plus I question the price for the work we did not do!! Seattle Drain company??
I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and in the basement ceiling one floor down. Rooter-Man found the source of the leak in the kitchen ceiling, but several days later the source of the basement leaked turned out to be the dishwasher drain, which was not tested. I don't fault the plumber - Murphy's law took over.
He was quick, professional, and quickly took care of the problems.
