Response to my request was very fast, within minutes, on a Friday night. Opening was offered next morning at 9am. arrived on time. I ended up spending more that I had hoped, but I think the cost was competitive and I didn't want to do the work myself.

He came out quickly, but charged an outrageous amount of money for the little work he did. I ended up getting another plumber to finish what I was going to have Rooter Man due because of the ridiculous amount of money he wanted to charge. I will never have him do any work for me again. The other plumber I got on my own, not through service magic, was much friendlier, more courteous, and a whole lot less expensive.

They were about a half hour late ( but did call to let me know that they were going to be late -at the last minute). Over the phone I was told that the troubleshooting was going to be free but they ended up charging me almost $250 for it. The troubleshooting only took 40 minutes at most - that included set up, finding the actual leak and clean up. Then he told me that I would have to replace my entire floor - which wasn't necessary- and offered to remove and reset my toilet for $300. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves. I wont use them again.

The man who came to my place (John) was knowledgeable (at least, that's how he seems to someone as ignorant as I am), informative, helpful, and polite. I was so impressed with him that I accepted his bid and didn't look further. Only time will tell, of course, how durable the product he installed turns out to be. He said that the water heater he took out was a cheap brand, but it has lasted ten years working perfectly and with no leak. We'll see if the one he installed does as well. I had a second little problem he tackled while he was here and dealt with successfully in about 15 minutes.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Was out here ASAP, and did same day work. $250 less than any other quote, out of only a $500 price tag. Covered his shoes upon entering and cleaned up any parts, scraps, etc. Will work with Rooter-Man for a long time to come. Thanks for coming all the way out here on such short notice!!!
