Reviews
Write a ReviewHe was fast and efficient. Solved my problem. Good man.
I'm not that knowledgable about plumbing expenses in Seattle, but almost $250 for a clogged shower drain seems a bit excessive. However, they came the day after I called and did the job well
We thought we had a simple problem which turned into a more difficult one. Rooter-Man stayed on beyond quitting time to complete the work. Naturally, the price went up accordingly.
A little pricey but very professional.
Robert with Rotor Man provided excellent service for my clogged kitchen sink drain. He was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Regarding pricing, after consulting with other companies through my workplace, Rotor Man's charge was on the high side. And Rotor Man's 30-day guarantee compares in no way to another companies 1-year guarantee! But I am happy with the service Rooter Man provided.
Their call back was super quick. The technician was a total pro, and correctly guessed what I had done to cause the problem - and how I can avoid doing it again.
I was shocked at the cost. I was unaware of the rates, because I didn't ask prior to their arrival.
