John did a great job fixing the main pipe clog. I liked that I was able to get a free estimate compared to some companies that charge just to come out and charge by the quarter hour. I feel the cost was a little too high but am happy the issue was fixed in a timely manner.

Rob was ontime and very professional. Though his initial quote was quite expensive, he worked with us. He can be very reasonable if you talk WITH him. He is a former sailor and I am a retired sailor. Don't know if that helped or not. His work is guarenteed and done very professionaly. He cleans up after himself. His truck is very well equiped and is ready for ANYTHING. Highly recommend him for any plumbing job. Thanks very much Rob.

The technician was able to diagnose that our problem was not blockage, just not enough pressure from our 2 toilets that constantly needed plunging. He replaced the flaps inside the toilets and things seem much better.

Very friendly and efficient. Job was quoted best case and worst case, and while it ended up at the worst case price, I could understand why as he showed me the conditions that had caused it. Since he had described that possibility in the original estimate, I wasn't surprised. Great job and I highly recommend John Vick of Rooter-Man.

Plumber came within 1.5 hours and completed the job in less than an hour. Plumber was conscientious, courteous, did a good job and wore booties to keep my house clean. Recommend plumber.
